Mr. Miller has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry working with hospitals and hospital systems of various operating and ownership models.  He has an extensive background in hospital operations and financial management.  He is an experienced Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, at the corporate, regional and local levels.  Mr. Miller’s experience includes both the not-for-profit and for-profit arenas, including leadership in a large publicly traded hospital-corporation. 

Mr. Miller has focused expertise in assisting distressed businesses  move to a position of strategic, operational, and financial stability.  His operational expertise is in-depth in terms of running an efficient hospital in a fiscally responsible manner, with a strong adherence to clinical quality, patient satisfaction and physician partnering.
