Representative Matters
- Member of the Bridge Financial and Operational Restructuring Team for a residential and resort development and management company with principal assets of over 35,000 acres of land.
- Member of the Bridge Financial and Forensic Services Team providing services to the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee for Salander-O’Reilly Galleries, LLC, a New York art firm.
- Member of the Bridge Financial and Operational Restructuring Team for Columbia Aircraft Manufacturing Corp, a privately owned manufacturer of light general aviation aircraft.
- Member of the Bridge Financial and Operational Restructuring Team for International Garment Processors, Inc. (IGP), a large denim finishing processor for major jean retailers with 2,000 employee and annual revenues of approximately $30 million.
- Member of the Bridge Financial and Operational Restructuring Team and Interim Chief Operating Officer for Mail Carriers of America, a $150 million annual revenue long-haul trucking company.
- Served as Interim Chief Strategy Officer and head of the Bridge Financial and Operational Restructuring Team for EYP Mission Critical Facilities, Inc., a designer and builder of mission-critical facilities for financial institutions, banks, brokerage houses and the energy industry, with annual revenue of approximately $25 million.
- Senior member of the Bridge Crisis Management for Dee Howard Aircraft Maintenance, LLP, a $60 million annual revenue provider of repair and maintenance services for large commercial aircraft.
- Member of the Bridge Financial and Operational Improvement Team serving Flight Options, Inc., a $250 million annual revenue seller of fractional shares in private business jet aircraft, and provider of related operational services.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Reighard worked with Food Donation Connection, a company which coordinates the donation of surplus food for national chains through non-profit distribution channels. Mr. Reighard’s responsibilities included: linking donor entities with those feeding the needy; assisting in the development of product quality and handling standards, tax valuation, donation reporting, ongoing monitoring and follow-up to ensure program implementation, and new business development. His major relationships included KFC, Pizza Hut and Morrison’s Fresh Cooking.
Mr. Reighard previously held senior level positions with Anchor Glass Container Corporation, the second-largest domestic manufacturer of glass containers in North America. As Vice President, Purchasing, he was responsible for purchasing all materials used in the Company’s operations, supervising the purchasing infrastructure and managing vendor relationships.
