Bridge Associates LLC Announces the Addition of Three Senior Professionals and the opening of a new office in Nashville, Tennessee
New York, NY- April 16, 2009- Bridge Associates LLC, a leading national turnaround, crisis and interim management firm, announced today that Michael Miller, Stephen Tisdell, and Stephen Womack, formally Principals of Centre Health Partners, have joined the firm.

Michael Miller joins Bridge as a Director in the Nashville office. Mr. Miller will be part of the senior management team focusing on Bridge's Healthcare and Turnaround practice. Mr. Miller has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry working with hospitals and hospital systems of various operating and ownership models. Mr. Miller has an extensive background in hospital operations and financial management as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at the corporate, regional and local levels. Stephen Tisdell joins Bridge as a Principal in the Nashville office. Mr. Tisdell has over 30 years of worldwide experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and business operations. Mr. Tisdell has significant public company experience as a senior financial executive. Additionally, Mr. Tisdell has extensive experience in a wide array of financial and managerial areas, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, turnaround management, debt financing (including: financing and refunding of industrial revenue bonds and hospital bonds), equity financing, syndication of large bank facilities, income tax strategy and corporate compliance. Stephen Womack joins Bridge as a Principal in the Nashville office. Mr. Womack has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry having worked in over 100 hospitals. In addition to his extensive experience in the acute care hospital sector, Mr. Womack also has experience with physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, home health organizations and managed care organizations.
