John Pidcock has been named Principal of Bridge Associates

We take great pleasure in announcing that John Pidcock has been named Principal at Bridge Associates, LLC

John Pidcock joined Bridge in 2002 after spending 10 years in the financial consulting industry, where he developed extensive experience in strategic planning, financial analysis and corporate restructuring.

Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Pidcock worked with the Reorganization Services Group of Deloitte Consulting for four years. There, he was extensively involved in multiple retail engagements and handled consulting and turnaround projects for the manufacturing, healthcare and energy industries. Additionally, Mr. Pidcock spent five years serving in a variety of capacities with a start-up healthcare financing company.

At Bridge, Mr. Pidcock's assignments have included participating on the Bridge team that prepared a report on the feasibility of UAL Corporation's (United Airlines) Business Plan. He plays a key role in the wind down of the surviving company of Polaroid Corporation, Primary PDC, Inc. and has also represented the creditors' committees of various Bridge clients, including Level Propane Inc. and Spinnaker Inc., in Chapter 11 proceedings. In the InaCom Corporation and Conseco Finance Corporation cases, he provided Bridge with high level analytical expertise on the clients' liquidation models.

He is active in the American Bankruptcy Institute and has been a guest lecturer at Miami University and Indiana University on topics including supply chain management and troubled company consulting.

Mr. Pidcock holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and has an MBA in Corporate Strategy from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana
